Affiliate & referral

Two programmes. Both paid on completion.

Referral gives Wallet Credits to you and to the person you brought. Affiliate pays cash to people with an audience. Neither pays for a sign-up that goes nowhere.

Which one is yours

Referral or affiliate?

If you are sharing with people you know, it is referral. If you are sharing with an audience, it is affiliate.

01

Who it is for

Referral: Any learner with an account. You share with people you actually know.

Affiliate: Creators, communities and educators with an audience, applied for and reviewed.

02

What you earn

Referral: Wallet Credits on both sides — the person you refer gets them too.

Affiliate: A cash commission on the first paid term, paid out to a bank account.

03

What is required

Referral: Nothing. Your referral link exists from the day you sign up.

Affiliate: An application, a disclosed audience, and agreement to the promotion rules.

In detail

What each one actually pays

Terms in full, on the public page, rather than behind a dashboard you need an account to see.

Referral — for learners

Every account has a referral link from day one. When somebody signs up through it and completes their first module, you both get Wallet Credits. Two-sided on purpose: a reward only the referrer receives turns your friends into leads.

Wallet Credits to both sides, not just to you
Triggered on a completed first module, not on sign-up
Credits spend on courses, workshop seats and certificates
Why it pays on completion

Paying on sign-up rewards volume and produces dead accounts. Paying on a finished module rewards referring people who were actually going to use it.

Affiliate — for audiences

For creators, community leads and educators with a genuine audience. A cash commission on the first purchase anyone makes through your link, with a dashboard showing clicks, conversions and pending payouts.

Ninety-day cookie window, last-click attribution
Monthly payouts once the threshold is cleared
What we ask in return

Disclose the affiliate relationship, do not bid on our brand terms, and do not promise outcomes we do not promise ourselves. Breaking the third is the one that ends an account.

How you get paid

Link to payout

Five steps. The fourth is the one people forget exists.

01

Get your link

Referral links exist from the day you create an account. Affiliates get theirs once an application is approved, usually within a week.

02

Share it honestly

To people it will actually help, with the relationship disclosed. Everything else is noise that converts badly anyway.

03

They complete something

Referral credits release when the person completes their first module. Affiliate commission releases when a paid term settles.

04

Clearing period

Thirty days, matching the refund window, so nothing is paid on a purchase that is about to be refunded.

05

Get paid

Credits land in your Wallet immediately after clearing; affiliate commission pays monthly to a bank account once past the threshold.

The numbers, plainly

Exact commission rates and credit amounts are shown on your dashboard, because they move with plan pricing. These do not.

The rules

Three ways to lose an account

Stated up front rather than buried in a terms document, because all three are easy to avoid and expensive to discover late.

Disclose the relationship

Say that it is an affiliate link. This is a legal requirement in most places and a decency requirement everywhere, and we check.

Do not overpromise

No guaranteed placements, no salary claims, no "certified by" language. If we would not say it on this site, you cannot say it about us.

No incentivised sign-ups

Paying or rewarding people to sign up under your link voids the earnings and closes the account. It produces accounts that never come back.

Questions

About earning

Yes, but not on the same sign-up. If someone arrives through your affiliate link, that is an affiliate conversion, not a referral, and it will not pay twice.
Referral credits appear in your Wallet as soon as the thirty-day clearing period ends. Affiliate commission pays monthly, in the cycle after clearing, once you are over the payout threshold.
Ninety days, last click. If somebody clicks your link and buys eleven weeks later without clicking anyone else's in between, it is yours.
Course purchases, workshop seats, certificate fees and paid event registrations. They cannot be withdrawn as cash — that is what the affiliate programme is for.
Usually one of three things: no disclosed audience, a channel whose main activity is coupon aggregation, or promotional claims we could not stand behind. The decline email says which.
Unpaid earnings are voided and the account is closed. We would rather lose a channel than have somebody promising a job on our behalf.

Both programmes pay on somebody finishing something, which makes honest recommendations the only strategy that works.
