Partner with us

Five doors, one conversation.

Institutions running the method as their own programme, employers reading verified evidence, practitioners bringing cases, communities bringing learners, and platforms that need to exchange data with us.

Kinds of partnership

Five relationships that are not the same relationship

They arrive through the same door and want different things. Find yours before writing to us and the first conversation gets a great deal shorter.

Institution partner

A school, college, university or training institute running the method as its own programme: cohorts on your calendar, your staff certified as facilitators, dashboards for your coordinators and certificates carrying both names.

Cohorts, scheduling and coordinator dashboards
Facilitator training and certification for your staff
Co-branded, publicly verifiable certificates
Where this is described in full

Campus Partner is the programme; For Schools and For Colleges & Universities are the same thing written for each office.

Employer & hiring partner

Organisations that want to read verified evidence rather than claimed skills: rubric-marked submissions, discussion records and verifiable certificates, plus hiring challenges run on our infrastructure.

Verify any certificate publicly, no account needed
Run a hiring challenge or hackathon as a sponsor
Talent pools drawn from cohorts, with learner consent
What consent means here

A learner's work reaches a hiring partner only when that learner chooses to share it. We do not sell a candidate list, and we will not.

Content & faculty partner

Practitioners and institutions who bring material: cases from real work, a course, a track, or the domain expertise to build one. Converting existing material into cases with rubrics is the hard part, and we do it jointly.

Cases, tracks and courses built with our content team
Rubrics and moderator notes written alongside the material
Attribution on everything you author
What we are looking for

Someone who has done the work and can say what actually decides the outcome — which is what makes a case teachable rather than a story.

Campus & community partner

Student bodies, clubs, communities and creators who bring learners to the platform: campus chapters, event co-hosting, and the affiliate and referral programmes for anyone with an audience.

Campus chapters and co-hosted events
Affiliate and referral earnings, published rates
Support, material and speakers for events you run
If you are an individual student

You want Campus Ambassador, not this page. It takes a few minutes to apply and you hear back within a week.

Technology & integration partner

Platforms that need to exchange data with us: an LMS or HRMS that should carry enrolments and completions, an SSO estate a cohort has to sit inside, or a product that wants to verify our certificates programmatically.

SSO and role-based access for enterprise estates
Enrolment and completion sync with an existing LMS/HRMS
Programmatic certificate verification
A typical integration

A corporate L&D team keeps its HRMS as the system of record and reads cohort capability movement back into it, so nobody maintains two lists of people.

What we hold to

Four commitments that shape every agreement

These are the terms we do not trade away, so it is fair to know them before the first call rather than during the third.

One standard of marking

Every submission in every cohort is marked against the same rubric by a certified facilitator, so a certificate means the same thing wherever it was earned.

Verification that outlives us

Certificates carry a public verification path anyone can check without an account, which is what makes them worth issuing at all.

Capability, not dependency

The point of a partnership is that your people can run it. We train and certify your facilitators rather than keeping the rooms.

Learner consent throughout

Nothing about a learner leaves their institution or reaches an employer without that learner choosing to share it.

How it starts

Message to agreement

Five steps, and the third is deliberately small. A pilot either side can walk away from is the only kind worth running.

01

Write to us

One message through the contact page saying who you are and what you want to build. No form with fourteen required fields.

02

A conversation

Thirty minutes to establish whether there is a real fit. We would rather end a call saying no than start a partnership that neither side wants in a year.

03

Scope something small

A pilot cohort, one case, one integration, one event. Small enough that both sides can walk away without a negotiation.

04

Review it honestly

Against what the pilot was supposed to change. If it did not, we say so and stop.

05

Formalise and widen

Agreement, calendar and scope for the year, built on what the pilot showed rather than what it promised.

Questions

Before you write to us

No — Campus Ambassador is. It is a role for an individual student: apply online in a few minutes, hear back within a week, and earn wallet credits, a certificate and an official badge. This page is for organisations and for people bringing content, integrations or an audience.
A customer runs cohorts we facilitate. A partner ends up running them without us — their own facilitators, their own calendar, sometimes their own content. Most institution partnerships start as the first and become the second within a year, which is the intended direction.
Yes, on terms that depend on what is being built and how it is used — revenue share for a track that sells, a fee for commissioned case development. Attribution is not negotiable: you are named on what you author.
Co-branding is standard for institution partners: your name on the surfaces your learners see and on the certificates. Full white-labelling is available for enterprise deployments and is a different conversation, because a certificate with our verification path but none of our name raises questions we would have to answer.
A partner sees the learners in its own cohorts and nothing else. Nothing about a learner is shared with an employer or another institution without that learner's own consent, and we do not sell candidate lists. The Privacy Policy is the binding version of this answer.
A first conversation within a week of writing to us. A pilot usually starts at the beginning of the next term or the next quarter, because a cohort needs a calendar it can actually keep.
We reply within a week

Tell us what you want to build.
We will tell you if we are the wrong partner.

One message, one conversation, and something small enough to be judged honestly at the end of a term.
