How do I enroll in a course?

Browse the course catalog, open a course page, and click Enroll. Free courses start immediately; paid courses go through checkout first. Enrolled courses appear under My Learning.

How do I get my certificate after completing a course?

Finish all lessons and pass the final exam. Your certificate is then generated under Certificates, where you can preview it, complete payment if it is a paid certificate, and download the PDF. Every certificate has a public verification link.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. We will email you a reset link. If you signed up with Google or enterprise SSO, log in with that provider instead — no password is needed.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept UPI, net banking, credit and debit cards, and EMI options via Razorpay. Your saved payment methods and invoices are available under Account → Billing.

Course purchases are refundable until the certificate is issued. Event registrations follow the refund window stated on that event page. See our Refund Policy page for the full terms, and raise requests via the Contact page.

How do XP, streaks, and leaderboards work?

You earn XP for completing lessons, quizzes, and challenges, and your streak grows for each consecutive day of learning. XP places you on the platform leaderboards; badges and achievements unlock as you hit milestones.

How do I join a hackathon?

Open Hackathons from the main menu, pick an event, and register solo or create a team. You can track your registrations under My Hackathons and submit your project before the deadline.

How does the referral program work?

Share your referral link from Refer & Earn. When someone signs up and makes their first purchase, you earn rewards. Affiliates can track clicks, conversions, and earnings on the Affiliate Dashboard.

How can an employer verify my certificate?

Every certificate carries a unique ID and QR code. Anyone can confirm its authenticity at the certificate verification page without needing an account.

How do I delete my account or manage my data?

Go to Account → Privacy to control data sharing and profile visibility, or contact support to request account deletion. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
